AIESEC in Kazakhstan

By joining AIESEC you will have the chance to work in one of the following departments.  

Outgoing Exchange

Outgoing Exchange department is one of the core departments in AIESEC. 

This department makes international exchange happen for youth in Kazakhstan. The role of members in this department is to learn about the existing internship opportunitites in the global search system myaiesec.net in order to help young people who want to go on exchange with AIESEC to find them a suitable internship, help with application process and support virtually during the time of internship.

 

Incoming Exchange

Incoming Exchange department is one of the core departments in AIESEC. 

This department is responsible for finding suitable international interns for the projects based on exchange. This activity includes finding international intern in the global search platform myaiesec.net, facilitaing the process of the intern's coming to Kazakhstan, helping with visa if needed, creating the program for the intern's work in your project and helping an intern to receive the unforgettable cultural and professional experience in your project Kazakhstan. 

 

External Relations

External Relations department takes care of relations with our partners who support our projects and work of organisation as a whole. 

Members in External Relation department are responsible for making the project attractive for potential partners, sell their project to potential partners and then maintain relations with partners. These people are bread-winners for the projects, because this is where money for the project should come from. 

 

Finance & Legality

As any organisation, AIESEC needs money to operate and must have a legal status and exercise legal activities. 

Members in this department are responsible for creating project budget and ensuring the project is financially sustainable.

 

Talent Management 

Talent Management department can be otherwise called as human resources management or people department.

The role of Talent Management is to find talents, grow them and ensure that the organisation is the right environment to develop in. Talent Management processes include members recruitment, members education with the help of conferences, individual coaching, virtual space and opportunity to implement received knowledge in the process of project organising.

 

Communications

Communications department ensures that the organisation delivers the correct message to the participants and partners of our projects. Also the role of the department is to promote all AIESEC projects and programmes and engage young people into AIESEC activities. 

Members of the Communications department work with social media channels, manage the web site, develop the promotional materials, organise promotional events etc.
